FAQ
Where does the Conference take place?

In order to start registration process, as a first step you should submit application online. Once you are admitted to the conference, you will receive an official notification of admission and will be asked to confirm your position and complete registration arrangements in order to secure a spot in the program, by the deadline stated in the documents (normally within 10-14 days from the date of notification of admission). Due to limited space in our conferences, please be advised that if position in the conference is not confirmed and registration not completed by stated deadline, your spot may be released and offered to another waiting listed delegate.

Due to limited space in the event and highly competitive admission process we strongly encourage early applications, in order to secure a spot. Early applicants may avail on the discounted early bird admission fee as well!
How can I pay for admission fee?
We accept several payment options, including bank wire transfers, Western union transfers and credit card payments, directly online through paypal secure system. Detailed information on payment options and instructions are provided to admitted applicants whose applications are accepted to the conference. Please, note that no payment can be made until you are officially invited to the conference by the selection committee.
Why I cannot register for the conference directly through the website?
Space in the conference is limited and we strive to maximize benefits from attending our programs, ensuring valuable learning, sharing and networking experience in a professionally and culturally diverse environment. To achieve this, each individual application is reviewed and delegates are carefully selected in order to ensure these goals are met and that participants will not only have an opportunity to present papers or listen other presenters, but to establish valuable connections and friendships with colleagues from across the globe as well.
It makes us very proud to learn about long lasting friendships as well as numerous ideas that have been developed, initiatives and partnerships established as a result of knowledge, inspiration and contacts gained in our past events.
What does the admission fee package cover?
Please, visit the page 'FEES' for detailed information on what is included in the admission fee.
Do you offer financial assistance to attend the Conference?
No, the conference is entirely non for profit and admission fees are projected solely based on the organizing cost of the event, hence there is no surplus that could potentially be used for this purpose. Instead, we encourage participants to search for funding from outside organizations and we provide accepted applicants with the letter of support to enhance their fundraising efforts. A number of our participants receive some sort of funding from their home universities as well as from the local NGO, corporate and governmental sectors in their communities.
