Call for papers

4th International Conference on Sexuality: Health, Education and Rights [ICSHER2020] accepts the following types of submissions:

  • Research Papers: Completed research papers in any of the topic areas listed bellow or related areas.
  • Abstracts: Abstracts of completed or proposed research in any of the topic areas listed bellow, or related areas. The abstract for proposed research should include the research objectives, proposed methodology, and a discussion of expected outcomes.
  • Student Papers: Research done by students in any of the topic areas listed bellow, or related areas.
  • Case Studies: Case studies in any of the topic areas listed bellow, or related areas.
  • Work-in-Progress Reports or Proposals for Future Research: Incomplete research or ideas for future research in order to generate discussion and feedback in any of related areas.  
  • Reports on Issues Related to the conference topics: Reports related to innovative techniques or research related to any of the topic areas listed bellow or related areas.

Proposals are accepted on a rolling admission basis as long as space is available or by November 1st 2020 at latest and are to be be submitted along with application form. All submissions will be peer reviewed and acceptance/rejections is based on their relevance to the conference topics. Notification on acceptance is sent within 7 days after the submissions has been received.

Presentations

The following presentation formats will be possible at the conference:

  • Video presentation – Registered presenters who are not able to attend the conference in person may opt for this presenting format. Participants will watch either your recorded presentation or will be following it trough a live stream. 
  • Poster presentation - Participants will get familiar with your research/ paper through poster exhibition which will be set up in the conference’s venue. Presenters will have an opportunity to discuss and explain their research in direct contact to the audience.​

Conference proceedings 

Papers presented at the conference and submitted for publication will be published in the official ISBN conference proceedings publication. 

In order to have your paper published in the official conference proceedings, your submission should have been previously approved by ICSHER2020 committee and registration arrangements completed. In order to start registration process, as a first step you should submit your application through application form, available on this website. Admission process takes up to 7 days, and should your submission be accepted you will be notified within this period and will be asked to confirm your position and complete registration arrangements.

Participants who have completed registration arrangements and want their paper published in the official conference proceedings publication must submit their final manuscripts October 15th 2020. Detailed formatting guidelines are provided with the acceptance documents.
 
Deadline for proceedings submissions: November 15th 2020.

Submissions received after this date or/and in a format different than specified will NOT be published. We strongly recommend early submissions to allow enough time for a review and feed back in case there are changes to be made in formatting.

Paper publication is not mandatory and those who do not want their paper included in the conference proceedings publication, are not required to submit final manuscripts for publishing purpose.
